Holiday Care
Lakeside School Horgen offers Holiday Care for both Lakeside School children and non Lakeside School children during four of the school-wide holiday weeks. The following weeks are garanteed:
- 1 week during summer holidays (July)
- 1 week during autumn holidays (October)
- 1 week during sports holidays (February)
- 1 week during spring holidays (April/May)
Holiday Care typically takes place during the first week of the holidays and runs daily from 08.45 – 15.45 (including Wednesday). Day Care from 7.30 until 17.45 possible.
A minimum of two days attendance is required. Half days are not possible.
The Holiday Care team provides activities, depending on the age and size of the group, under an overarching theme such as "Stones", “The Zoo” or perhaps based on a picture book such as "Felix - A Rabbit's Journey". In addition, we ensure that there is plenty of time for free play.
The children go daily to the local Migros restaurant for lunch.
