Uschi Aebi arbeitete nach Abschluss der kaufmännischen Lehre zunächst als Bankangestellte und danach in der Modebranche. Während eines einjährigen Amerika-Sprachaufenthaltes arbeitete sie als Au-Pair und konnte dabei reichhaltige Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kindern sammeln. Sie arbeitet seit Juni 1997 an der Lakeside School.

Julie Raison was born in Boston, England. After graduating in 1992 with a degree in German Studies, she moved to Frankfurt where she worked for Dresdner Bank in Private Banking and in Internal Communications. After a career break to look after her two children, she spent 2 years working in the office at PHORMS Bilingual Sschool in Frankfurt where she enjoyed the interaction with children and parents, as well as the daily challenges of a new start up school. After a total of 14 years in Germany, the family moved to Switzerland in summer 2010. Julie joined Lakeside School in September 2011.
