Organisation and Conditions

Admission

We admit children who have turned three by April 30th. We also accept slightly younger children if space is available. Admission is possible throughout the school year. The first four pre-school days are regarded as a probationary period.

Group Size

A maximum of 12 children are cared for by two trained German or English-speaking staff working in their respective language.

Bilingualism

Team-teaching provides optimal, bilingual care. Both teachers communicate in their respective mother-tongue. This provides the children with impulses in a second language whilst maintaining the security of recognising their own language.

When

On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 - 13:00 (lunch included). Holidays are the same as those of Lakeside School, which are coordinated with the dates set by the City of Zürich.

Where

Meeting point is at the parking area opposite the Fohrbach swimming pool between Zollikon and Realp. The children walk from there with their teachers to their ’special area’ in the woods.

Conditions

  • CHF 60.- per day (lunch included)
  • CHF 100.- registration fee
  • CHF 400.- deposit

Registration

For more information please contact the school office.
